
Kate Williams was called to the Bar in 2001, after working as Associate to the Hon Justice Lindgren in the Federal Court of Australia (1996-97) and practising as a solicitor for a short period (1998-2000).
Kate has a wide ranging commercial law and equity practice, which includes:
- Contract law
- Corporate insolvency
- Corporations law
- Equity
- Mortgages & securities
- Professional liability
- Real property
- Trade practices & restraint of trade
Kate also has an extensive advisory practice.
Kate practises principally in New South Wales, but has also appeared in the Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
