Malcolm has a wide ranging practice, encompassing trade practices, equity, general commercial law and common law. He is experienced in most forms of trial advocacy, including defamation jury trials, coronial inquests and Equity Division proceedings, and has appeared in most states of Australia and in Papua New Guinea. Malcolm is also an experienced appellate advocate. Malcolm’s current areas of practice include:
